Refund Policy

1. Advance Payments
To begin any project, an advance payment may be required. This helps us allocate the right academic expert and start the research and writing process immediately.
Once the work has been initiated, the advance payment is generally non-refundable because time, research, and resources are already invested in the project.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- If the project has not been started by our team
- If we are unable to deliver the service agreed upon
- If there is a duplicate payment made by mistake
- If the cancellation request is made before the work process begins
If the request for cancellation is made prior to the work process then the work process will not start. Work process will not be started if it is cancelled before the work process is started.
Refunds will be made using the original payment means, within a reasonable timeframe, of any amount approved.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following will not apply for refunds:
- Change of mind after the work has started
- Delay caused due to incomplete information from the client
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after delivery
- Rejection by universities, journals, or academic institutions
- Low grades or academic decisions beyond our control
- Failure of the client to review drafts or respond on time
Work completed or partially completed cannot generally be returned for a refund, as it requires research and editing and the involvement of experts.
4. Revision Support
We do not offer a refund option but do provide a revision option for clients.
If the work delivered is not the same as that originally presented at project initiation, our team will make reasonable adjustment in order to enhance the document.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel the project prior to the start of project work.
If the project has been moved beyond the research, writing, analysis or formatting phase, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
6. Payment Disputes
We request clients to contact our support team directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargebacks.
We believe most concerns can be resolved through proper communication and mutual understanding.
